One day at school, I noticed a friend playing Tetris on his phone, and it immediately caught my interest—it looked pretty fun! Watching him play made me curious to try it out for myself, and that’s how I got started.
It turns out that Tetris can be highly competitive! One of the ways players gain an edge is by memorizing different openers to help them succeed. I've been playing Tetris for about a month or two now, and I've found it incredibly enjoyable. Each version of Tetris brings something unique: some are slower and more challenging, while others are faster but demand mastery and precision.
One of the reasons I enjoy Tetris so much is its impact on my stress levels. It’s a game I can pick up at any time, and I find it really relaxing—perfect for unwinding and refocusing.
Looking at my goals, Tetris ranks range widely, and one of my long-term ambitions is to achieve the X rank, which is one of the highest levels in the game. Currently, I’m at U rank, so I know it will take time, practice, and persistence, but it’s definitely achievable!
Here's a timeline of my progression:
C+ (Oct,2023) to A- (Nov,2023)
A- (Nov,2023) to S+ (Feb,2024)
S+ (Feb,2024) to SS (Apr,2024)
SS (Apr,2024) to U (Aug,2024)
U (Aug,2024) to current
As I continue progressing, I’m also focusing on developing values like patience, perseverance, and continuous improvement. The challenges Tetris presents have encouraged me to approach goals with a growth mindset, and I'm looking forward to pushing my skills even further.
